reception staff were very helpful and friendly always doing their best for any request we had. i noticed the entertainment was excellent and consistent throughout our stay. my kids were very happy the astro turf around the hotel made it a very safe environment. the pools were clean and i saw plenty of sunbeds available for everyone to use

the apartment i stayed in had limited storage space for clothing , made it slightly difficult to keep organized

i observed the staff were consistently helpful and quick to address any needs i had i appreciated their positive attitude and dedication to customer satisfaction. the reception staff was especially efficient.

the hotel is located very close to local shops and restaurants i saw guests enjoying easy access to nearby amenities and attractions. the beach is within walking distance so many guests took advantage of this close proximity to enjoy the seaside.

my apartment was kept super clean by the housekeeping staff who visited regularly to change towels and linens. the rooms were well kept i noticed they provided a functional space for relaxation and rest. the air conditioning system worked efficiently keeping the room cool.

i had tasty snacks from the bar during the day i also saw many people were pleased with the variety of food and drinks that were offered. the all-inclusive buffet seemed well-stocked providing numerous options for all tastes.

the location was fine. the pools were acceptable and provided some recreation.

i was very disappointed that there was no soap provided (not even initially). i had to find a shop late at night to buy some. everything in the room felt rather dirty because of this oversight. (i really think basics like soap should be included).
