fantastic family stay!

clean pool night entertainment amazing staff

The staff was friendly and efficient. I felt very welcome. the hotel and pool areas were consistently clean and well maintained. i really enjoyed the entertainment each night, it provided a relaxing atmosphere for adults and children alike. the bar staff were also amazing, always ready with a smile and a helpful suggestion.

Mixed Feelings About This Stay

unfriendly staff poor shows

The location is good. There are many restaurants nearby.

I found the bar staff quite unfriendly and very slow (this was frustrating). The apartments are small, even though they were clean enough. The evening shows were poor, and the daytime entertainment was nonexistent. It was a real letdown.

My time at this accommodation was nice. i found the staff friendly and helpful, they ensured a smooth check-in process. the pools were fantastic for children. My kids particularly enjoyed the slide pool! the cleanliness throughout the hotel, including pool areas, impressed me, it.

The bar service was occasionally slow. It was a slight inconvenience.

Charmed by My Family Stay

The hotel location was near shops and transport links. The apartment suited a family. The staff were helpful. I enjoyed the splash pool as my toddler loved it. The toddler car at the door was a good attraction. It required euros.

I requested a ground floor room. I did not receive it on arrival which annoyed me. Windows in the bedroom open easily and the bed sits under the window. This makes it easy for kids to climb. Safety gates for every apartment are needed.

The apartment included separate sleeping and living areas. It provided good space. A balcony offered an outdoor space and views. The air conditioning worked efficiently. It maintained comfortable temperatures in the main areas.

Breakfast included a wide array of choices to meet varied tastes. The grill section provided fresh options that were very popular. The token system at the bar helped minimize waste. It also maintained cleanliness in the pool area.

helpful staff excellent entertainment safe environment available sunbeds

reception staff were very helpful and friendly always doing their best for any request we had. i noticed the entertainment was excellent and consistent throughout our stay. my kids were very happy the astro turf around the hotel made it a very safe environment. the pools were clean and i saw plenty of sunbeds available for everyone to use

the apartment i stayed in had limited storage space for clothing , made it slightly difficult to keep organized

soap omission dirty room

the location was fine. the pools were acceptable and provided some recreation.

i was very disappointed that there was no soap provided (not even initially). i had to find a shop late at night to buy some. everything in the room felt rather dirty because of this oversight. (i really think basics like soap should be included).
